Our recent weekend stay in Kaplice was an enjoyable experience overall. the location was ideal, with easy access to restaurants and shops. We were pleased with the cleanliness of the room and found it to be quite modern. the gym and sauna were also a nice touch. we appreciated the complimentary parking that was available nearby.

Great value for money with a relatively comfortable stay. The location was perfect for couples looking for a romantic escape, being close to the town square and a variety of restaurants. The room came with decent facilities and free parking which was a bonus.
The terrible WiFi and lack of air conditioning made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The bathroom could have been cleaned more thoroughly and the shower was semi-functional.

We had a great stay in this hotel located in the heart of this cozy town. The hotel's location is fantastic, being so close to the main square, where we found many lovely cafes and shops to explore. The cleanliness of the hotel really stood out - it was apparent that they put a lot of effort into keeping everything super tidy. We were also very impressed by the hotel facilities, including the gym and sauna. As for parking, we found it convenient that this hotel offers its own parking, even if it was down the road a bit. Lastly, the staff were superb! They were very friendly and always available to answer our questions.
Didn't dislike anything about the hotel!

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the town square and shops, with parking available just down the road. Rooms are clean and comfortable, with good lighting and storage space. Breakfast has improved and includes cold meats and scrambled eggs. Gym and spa are available.
The wi-fi is unreliable and staff’s language skills can be a barrier.
